Question 1

Is my data safe? Do you train on it?

Accepted Answer

Your data never leaves your environment. We index it to generate your intelligence layer and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train models that serve other customers. When you disconnect a tool or cancel, all indexed data is deleted within 30 days.

Question 2

How is OKAtlas different from Glean or Notion AI?

Accepted Answer

Glean searches what's already in your company's systems. Notion AI reasons inside Notion. Neither watches across all your tools simultaneously and surfaces what you didn't know to look for. OKAtlas is proactive. It tells you what matters before you ask.

Question 3

Can't I just use Claude or ChatGPT for this?

Accepted Answer

You can, if you're willing to paste in context every time. OKAtlas assembles context automatically from your connected tools so you don't have to.

Question 4

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Minutes. You connect your tools via OAuth: Slack, Gmail, Jira, Salesforce, Notion, and more. No engineering work, no schema mapping, no configuration.

Question 5

Who is OKAtlas for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone inside a company who needs context across tools to do their job well. Founders, operators, sales leads, CS teams, chiefs of staff.

Question 6

Will it surface things that aren't relevant to me?

Accepted Answer

OKAtlas surfaces situations, not noise. If a signal does not connect to something in your world, it does not appear. The more context it has, the more precise it gets.

Question 7

Do my teammates need to change how they work?

Accepted Answer

No. OKAtlas connects to tools your team already uses. Nobody needs to change their workflow, adopt a new app, or even know OKAtlas exists.

Question 8

How is this different from a dashboard or BI tool?

Accepted Answer

Dashboards show you what you already know to track. OKAtlas surfaces what you did not know to track. A dashboard requires you to ask the right question. OKAtlas asks the question for you, before you realize you needed to.
