OkAtlas for Slack
What it does
OkAtlas reads the Slack channels and DMs a workspace admin selects. Nothing is synced until it is selected, and only conversations the connecting user is a member of can be selected. You can then ask questions about your work and see what needs your attention, with links back to the original Slack messages.
How to install
- Open Settings, then Sources, in app.okatlas.ai (access is invite-only) and choose Add to Slack.
- Choose the conversations to sync.
- Disconnect any time. This stops sync and revokes the token.
Uninstalling the app or revoking tokens deletes stored credentials and stops sync.
Permissions
Access is read-only. OkAtlas never posts messages. It asks for these permissions:
- Read messages and conversation lists in public channels, private channels, DMs and group DMs you are in.
- Read user names and emails, to attribute messages.
AI disclosure
OkAtlas uses large language models to summarise and answer questions over your own synced data. Answers can be inaccurate, so each answer links to its sources. Slack data is never used to train AI models. Model providers are configured for no retention.
Your data
Data is encrypted at rest, and tokens are additionally encrypted. Delete your data in the app, or email [email protected].
