By accessing or using OKAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using OKAtlas on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
OKAtlas is an AI-powered intelligence platform that connects to your existing business tools to generate decision-ready intelligence. The service indexes data from authorized integrations, detects cross-silo patterns, and delivers actionable intelligence to help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.
Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to your data. OKAtlas does not claim ownership over any content you connect to the platform. We index your data solely for the purpose of delivering your OKAtlas workspace to you. We do not share your data with other customers or use it to train models that serve other accounts. Acceptable Use
You agree to use OKAtlas only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service. You will not use the service to store or transmit malicious code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Limitation of Liability
OKAtlas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. OKAtlas generates intelligence based on available data and AI analysis; these outputs are informational and should not be the sole basis for critical business decisions. In no event shall OKAtlas Systems Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
